Originally, President Wilson, a true barbeque sauce lover, cooked up a batch of his homemade sauce to share with his family and friends. In 1971 he perfected his special recipe to create the ultimate mouth-watering, tantalizing barbeque sauce that enhanced the flavor of any grilled, oven roasted or baked meats. Hence the name, President Wilson’s Home-style Barbeque Sauce.  

He then started his own restaurants with the commitment to use only the best ingredients, like fresh herbs and flavorful seasonings and spices. The word about his homemade sauce spread as easily as his sauce did going on meat over an open flame.
